As discussed at our November Annual Meeting, Erin Proctor is working with the Huntington, IN Fire Department to coordinate a water rescue class for interested parties attending our Huntington, IN race - 5/30 - 6/1/2025. As racing season is getting closer, Erin is getting together a list of people who plan on attending the water rescue classes. The class will be offered two different times at Huntington: Friday after driver’s school and Sunday morning before racing. This class is FREE to you. IOA will be making a donation to the fire department as a thank you. There won’t be any earned certificates, but you may learn skills that could help out fellow drivers in the case of a crash and water emergency. If attending please dress in appropriate water clothes.
